Digital Products & Downloads

1. Overview

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your transaction. By purchasing any digital product from Nook Culture Media House ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Refund Policy.

Due to the intangible nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital products once the purchase has been completed.


2. Products Covered

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Nook Cukture Media House, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable software, applications, and programs

  • E-books, guides, templates, and written digital content

  • Online courses, video tutorials, and educational content

  • Digital art, graphics, fonts, and design assets

  • Music, audio files, and sound effects

  • License keys, activation codes, and access credentials

  • Subscriptions and membership access

  • Any other electronically delivered content


3. Reason for This Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered. Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or its license key revealed, it is no longer possible for us to verify that the product has not been used or that the information has not been retained. This policy exists to protect the integrity and value of our digital content.


4. Limited Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a resolution in the following limited circumstances:


4.1 Technical Defects

If you are unable to access or download the product due to a verified technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


4.2 Significant Misrepresentation

If the product you received is materially different from what was described in the product listing and we cannot deliver what was advertised, we will work to resolve the issue fairly.


4.3 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once in a single transaction or within a short timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will review duplicate purchase claims on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for products that have been delivered as described may result in:

  • Termination of any active licenses or access

  • Recovery of associated costs and fees
